** Please pay those payment with booking money within 72 hours. Otherwise your booking may not be confirmed.
- a. 50,000/- BDT to be paid for lighting of Senamalancha building and gate.
- b. For seperate lighting of ground floor and 1st floor 25,000/- BDT to be paid for ground floor and 1st floor seperately.
- c. 20,000/- BDT to be paid for lighting of conference room.
- d. Additional lighting may be arranged by event management (Charge applicable)
2. 40+40= 80/-
BDT to be deposited before 2 working days for standard crockeries/cutleries and service charge for each guest.
3. Payments will be adjusted for additional guests and uses of crockeries/cutleries and items on the event date.
4. Event Management Company has to deposit 25% of contracted amount or the charges mentioned as per time schedule for entering into the hall (Which ever is more will be applicable ) as pay order.
5. Each Caterer has to deposit 25/- BDT for using cook house along with cooking utensil for each guest.
6. Day program time 10.00-16.00hrs and Evening Program time 18.00-24.00hrs are fixed. Extra charge tk 30,000/= will be applicable for each hour after 24.00h.
7. 50,000/- to to be paid as security deposit, which will be returned after program.
8. 15% VAT on catering to be deposited as pay order.
